Artwork should be e-mailed to art@metroawards.com.  Be sure to include your "Order Number" in the subject line of your e-mail.

For logo/artwork we prefer a vector format; .eps or .ai file.  Be sure image/text is converted to curves.  We also accept the following formats; .cdr, .jpeg, .pdf,  tif.   Artwork embedded within a word document is generally low resolution and will appear pixalated when engraved.  Remember; the sharper the image we start with, the better the look of the final product.

Photo, grey scale, halftones can be difficult to reproduce on engraved and etched items. Usability to be determined on a case by case basis.

Text files should be submitted in either MS Word,  Excel or PDF. 

If you’re not sure the quality of your image, just send it to us. We will evaluate the file and notify you of any changes needed. Artwork can be cleaned and converted to an EPS file for a flat fee of $25.00. You will be e-mailed a copy of your revised logo at NO additional charge.

Custom artwork/logos can be created from customer’s idea, sketches etc.   Art  charge is $75.00 per hour.

All artwork is subject to factory approval.
