General Information

Privacy Concerns

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

 

We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

 

Production Information

Order Processing:  All orders are processed Monday through Friday.

Proof for approval:  Allow 2 days for artwork to be e-mailed.  In cases where customer supplied artwork requires modification, allow one additional day.  (See artwork requirements)

Production Schedule:  Most orders ship within 5 business days after the receipt of customer’s layout approval.  Some items require a longer production time (will be noted on website).

Production will begin ONLY upon receipt of customer’s approval.  Any corrections made after item has been manufactured will be charged to the customer accordingly.

In the event that your item is not in stock, you will be notified immediately via email or phone.

Rush Service:  Orders requiring quicker that published lead times may be possible.  We always strive to meet our customer’s needs.  Consult factory for feasibility.  There is a 20% surcharge.

Sales Tax:  Currently a 7% sales tax is charged on merchandise ordered by companies or individuals within Georgia  For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

 

Shipping Information

Our primary carrier is UPS.  UPS does not deliver to APO's, FPO's and PO Boxes. Street address is required for all deliveries.  Shipments divided for multiple locations are no additional charge.

There is a $6.00 per package materials/handling charge.

International Shipping: Additional charges may apply for international shipments.  Customer will be notified as to the additional cost of these services.

Other carriers available at customer request.  Customer must provide their account number.  There is an additional $10.00 handling charge.  

Third-Party Freight Billing add $10.00 per ship to location.  Insurance and any claims must be handled by consignee.

Damaged Items

Please inspect the items when you receive your shipment.  All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. Contact us immediately at (404) 705-9005 or e-mail us for instructions on return and replacement of the damaged item. Keep all damaged items in their original shipping containers.  UPS will need to retrieve these in order to process insurance claims.

You will not be charged for any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement of items damaged by our carrier.
